Down the bottom of the section is a stream that was chock full of pampas grass and ginger plant. Over the last 18 months, we have removed all of the above leaving the natives and underplanted with 100's more. The Raupo wet land is already starting to regenerate and Kokopu fish can now be seen on the pond. I go around weekly pulling weeds and the Wattle and Privet regrowth. Also I have many more natives to plant once they are a little bigger.
