Motuihe Island Weedbusting Start Date: 9.15am ferry - Saturday, July 07, 2012 End Date: 2.30pm ferry or 4pm ferry - Saturday, July 07, 2012 Meet on the 1st Saturday of each month.
Volunteers should catch the 360 Discovery ferry from Pier 3 at 9.15am and return at 2.30 or 4.00pm. The fare is $15. We supply all equipment but people should bring gloves and sturdy footware. We cover the range of weed control from handpulling small weeds, to slashing gorse, to spraying weeds, to chain sawing non native trees.
